Goal
It's not a ranker alliance; each one do as best as he can. We organize battle plans together, and help each other when needed.
History
Founded in beta 7 by the members of an unofficial alliance created in beta 6, which was called the (TUA) "The Unofficial Alliance".
The name comes from a non-AW person hearing about some of our assaults during Beta 6. After one particularly nasty assault taking an entire system away from 2 players. I was told we are nothing but a bunch of “space thugs”. That got a laugh from the rest of the members, so after Beta 6 we all voted to be called “The Galactic Thugs” in Beta 7. The player we choose to be the founder of the alliance, decided to call us “The Galactic Thugz”. The name is meant to be tongue in cheek. We just want to have fun and not take ourselves so seriously.
The alliance is english-speaking on its board.
