You guys should really lock the glossary. Somehow I was able to edit it! Don't worry, i put it back the way it was but please lock it before someone mess around with it
I got a negative transfer balance from sieging an enemy planet .... this should not be happening, right ???
I'm allmost at -1000 now, and I got about 600 ...
Can someone correct this ?

Negative Balance...
So... how does one go about working the balance back to 0 after acquiring a negative balance from sieging someone?
