- Goals: Have Fun, reach Top 10 Alliances

- Organization: Democratic, english-speaking alliance with german and french players and no unofficial members.

- Recruitment : by selection (tested at least one week), by geography (must be near at least one PSI member and have some internal contacts) and by language (must be able to understand and write in english, or at least in french).

- Diplomacy: NAP with Vox Astrum.


History

Funded during beta 7 by Feynman, Sinbad, Gibrael and SuperPatate, in the Beta Zone, the PSI had welcomed also Tilo2000 and finished the Beta in top 20 Alliance. Officially created at the beginning of Beta 8, without Tilo2000, the PSI has now new members: SuperCossuta, LordPad, Bertrand and AbouRaba, former member of the GPS.
