As you play Astrowars you may need to contact an official of the game or the game forums. For your convenience, here is the list of Administrators and Moderators. Any changes are usually also announced at the official forum topic here.
Game Admins
If you are flagged or locked for playing multiple accounts, or to seek advice if you share a computer or network with other players (for example you use a family network or play from an internet café), you should contact:

Forum Admins
The forums are the community discussion boards for Astrowars. You are welcome to discuss anything related to the game, submit bug reports, or make suggestions for new features or ways to improve the game.
The Forum Admins are responsible for the maintenance of the forums and for enforcing good conduct among the members. They are supported by the Moderators, who will be your first point of contact in most cases.

You should only contact a Forum Admin if your problem cannot be resolved by a Moderator, or if you experience technical problems when using or accessing the forums. Please do not send messages to AllesRoger about warnings or bans, these should only be sent to the forum admins shown above.
Forum Moderators
If you have problems with other members while using the forums, or find any offensive posts, you should contact a Forum Moderator. There are both General Moderators who have authority in all areas of the forums, and Country Moderators who are responsible for keeping good order in their own non-English language boards. These are all listed below, with the language they understand given after their names.

Notes
To avoid confusion, player names which are similar to the game admins (such as AlllesRoger, AcccAdmin, MultisAdmin) are not allowed and will be banned immediately if registered. Also do not claim to be an admin or moderator when you are not.
If you contact MultiAdmin to discuss an account which is flagged or locked as a multi, please follow these instructions.
If you have problems with insulting messages in your Inbox, or receive a message from any other player who claims to be a game official, please send a copy of the message to one of your Country Moderators, who will post it in the Moderators' Area so it can be dealt with. If you do not have a Country Moderator send it to a General Moderator instead. To copy the message, use the Quote button, then copy and paste the full text into a new message.
Contact with Admins or Moderators should be in English, except messages to Country Moderators, when the language of that forum is allowed. If you have difficulty with English, please use an online translator such as the Google Translator.
