Intelligence Report

Intelligence reports reveal all Science levels attained by that player, as well as their Race information. Intelligence reports are obtained automatically, that is, if you select a star system in your field of vision (visible in the Map Screen), then select a player in that system, and if your Biology level is six levels higher than that player, you should see an intelligence report for that player, provide you can see his/her home system.
If an intelligence report does not appear for that player, check the origin coordinates. If you can see his/her home system and yet you don't have a report, then your Biology level is not six points higher than his/hers.
