This science covers Biological Scanners and Autonomic Biosystems. It increases the range of vision (on the Map Screen) allowing you to see neighboring systems, the planets present, their ownership, Population level and Starbase level.

Every second level of Biology reveals one additional 'squares' distance from your original star system. Your fleet can travel to any Star System shown on the map, thus increasing Biological Science enhances the distances your fleets can travel.

Notes

  • If your Biology level is six or more levels higher than another player within your field of vision and you can see their home system, you will be able to obtain an Intelligence Report on that player.
  • If you manage to reach a Biology level of 25 or more you will have come far enough in the field of Autonomic Biosystems.
