Social Science

Increases the Population Limit of all planets in your empire. This means that if your Hydroponic farm is not producing any food you will need to research more Social science to give you a higher population limit thus allowing your population to grow.

If at any time you have one or more planet, which has a population that is six or more levels below the level of your Social Science, that planet’s Population will automatically increase by one level. In the event that you have more than one planet that is six levels below, then only one of your planets, at random, will receive the increase.
