Attack ValueThe higher the cumulative Attack Value of the attacking fleet, the greater the chance the fleet has of winning a battle.Both Attack Value and Defense Value should be combined when calculating the outcome of a battle - this gives a fleets Combat Value (CV). A Starbase Defense Value should be added to both Attack Value and Defense Value of the defending fleets CV to provide a relatively reliable prediction of the outcome of the battle (assuming both sides have equal scientific levels of Physics and Mathematics)... Note: The owner of the planet will always get a warning of the incoming fleet detailing the offensive ships and how many transports with an ETA (See: Arrival Time Calculator ), so time your attacks carefully!
