TransportA necessity for all galactic domination types, the Transport will allow you a planetary invasion.Trained to kill the Population and save you the infrastructure, each Transport decreases the Population Level by one and consequently burns all excess food (meaning to grow another level in population the owner of the planet will have to rebuild his/her food reserves with their Hydroponic Farms ). However not all operations go to plan and some infrastructure can be damaged in an assault. The damage a building can receive goes from 5% to 20% + 1 level. So e.g. a level 50 Lab can become => 47,5 (max) and => 39 (min) If the population is set to zero this way the planet will be conquered and control over the planet given to the aggressor provided they have a high enough level of culture . If the level of culture is not high enough the population will be set to a minimum of 1. Each Transport can only be used once and therefore a minimum of 1:1 relationship between number of transports and population is required to conquer someone else's planet Note: You can only have a maximum of 5 fleets in transit at any given time. Note: Unescorted Transports will be lost to the planets defense (if there is no defense and the Transports still arrive unescorted they will be over-run by the rebellious population) Note: If transports are sent with a fleet of combat ships they will experience battle damage and a few may be lost along with other ships.
